At Hispack in Barcelona, Sidel will showcase packaging technologies for the food and beverage industry. The solutions enable manufacturers to increase production output and will be shown in live presentations.
During the trade fair Sidel its agile packaging and palletising solutions for primary packaging, e.g. bottles, moulded containers, preserving jars, tins, pots, cans, flexible packaging and cartons, as well as secondary packaging such as RSC, secondary packaging, SRP and films. During live presentations, visitors will be able to see for themselves the efficiency of the new agile and compact RoboAccess_Pal S palletising unit, which was launched last year. This high-performance system is equipped with the highest quality robot and cobot technology and offers a Improved agility, operability and compactness for the food, household and personal care markets.
RoboAccess_Pal S is the perfect solution for replace manual operations. The machine offers speeds of up to 12 cycles/min and enables a carton payload of up to 25 kg while ensuring a fast payback period of typically one to two years. With a footprint of less than 12 m² for 2 stations and an impressive pallet height of up to 1,700 mm, the machine delivers a new level of compactness.
