At Fachpack 2025, Sidel will present high-performance packaging and palletising technologies designed to help manufacturers reduce downtime, cut costs and future-proof production lines.

With a strong focus on food, household and personal care products, Sidel will be exhibiting at Fachpack 2025 Smart, flexible and automated end-of-line solutions before. The aim is to show manufacturers how they can reduce production costs while increasing the output and resilience of their systems. From stand-alone machines to fully integrated systems - Sidel demonstrates what is possible through a combination of technology, digitalisation and intelligent engineering.

Compact powerhouse for palletising

One of the highlight exhibits is the RoboAccess_Pal S palletising robot, which is equipped with up to 2,400 products per hour and up to 12 cycles per minute impressed. The system combines high performance with compactness and flexibility. The solution offers an attractive alternative to classic robotic systems, especially for frequently changing products or formats.

Ergonomics meets automation

Sidel also offers intelligent support for manual processes: the collaborative robot CoboAccess_Pal was developed to replace monotonous manual palletising, increase occupational safety and boost efficiency in end-of-line areas. This makes it easier for small and medium-sized companies in particular to get started with automation.

From blow moulding to palletising: everything from a single source

In addition to individual machines, Sidel will also be presenting complete solutions for packaging lines - including PET blow moulding, filling, labelling, packaging and palletising. The portfolio is rounded off by through digital tools and services, which help to optimise output in the long term.
