Meler is launching a new range of high melt flow equipment under the specialised Micron by Meler brand: Micron + Titan 200 and Micron + Titan PUR. Hot melt adhesive applications continue to grow across a range of sectors and these specialised solutions, which are easy to use and operate, will further expand the Maximise industrial productivity in a simple and convenient way. Micron by Meler offers melting systems for Industry 4.0 that are based on a fundamental principle: „to simplify the application of adhesives in industry“. The Micron+ range is equipped with a 16-inch touch screen that allows direct control of the main parameters (pumps, temperature, operating modes, etc.) and the electronic platform allows the Real-time data monitoring. The Micron+ Titan product range consists of two models that cover every need in the application of hot melt adhesives.
Micron+ Titan 200 is a high-performance melter with a 200-litre tank that is compatible with a wide range of adhesive formats: pads, blocks or pellets. One of the main advantages of the Micron brand is its efficient melting technology. Thanks to a homogeneous temperature distribution The melting unit guarantees optimum adhesive care and offers savings in energy consumption. In response to the growing Demand for reactive adhesives the company has developed the special solution Micron+ Titan PUR. Its design Protects the adhesive from moisture and charring, one of the biggest challenges when using reactive adhesives in any production line. Micron+ PUR was conceived according to the concept of „Easy Clean“ product design. This methodology is based on the modularity and accessibility of the inside of the device to speed up maintenance operations. This improves performance and safety. In addition, Micron + Titan PUR is compatible with up to 2 x 20 kg blocks of unpackaged PUR adhesive.
