Utilising limited storage and freight space as cost-effectively as possible is becoming increasingly important for all companies along the supply chain. Belgian sister companies Gamma-Wopla and Smart-Flow are introducing two new plastic container and pallet solutions in response to the current demand for load carriers that support greater automation.

The modular Smart Euronorm plastic box range from Gamma-Wopla was designed to meet these requirements. Made from durable polypropylene, they are available in the basic dimensions of 400 x 300 millimetres and 600 x 400 millimetres in seven variants with different heights and optionally with two or four open handles.

Depending on the application and load capacity, three different bases can be selected: a flat curved base, a reinforced base or a reinforced base with water drainage holes in the circumferential reinforcement strip. Space optimisation in the warehouse and during transport was also the focus when developing the new, nestable and square lightweight pallets from Smart-Flow. They are available in three different sizes and will be on show live for the first time. The stable construction of the lightweight pallets enables a load capacity of up to 4,000 kilograms.

All variants are 145 millimetres high and are each equipped with nine rounded seven-millimetre feet. With a weight of 8.7, 9.2 or 10.2 kilograms, the pallets are particularly light.
