With Snappd, Origin offers a new, 100 per cent recyclable single-dose solution for personal care products, pharmaceuticals and food supplements.

The British manufacturer originally developed the small packaging in response to the increased Demand for hand sanitiser developed during the corona pandemic. The single-dose packs can be opened quickly with one hand. The sachet is simply folded in half to release the desired amount of product.

Origin has redesigned the packaging so that it is now suitable for a wide range of applications and industries. The new Snappd-bag consists of Over 30 per cent post-consumer recycled material (PCR) and is manufactured and bottled in accordance with the ISO 22716 standard for good manufacturing practice for personal care products and detergents.

SnappD also as a double chamber bag

Customers can choose from a variety of Customised opening variants for liquids, powders, granulates and highly viscous products. The manufacturer offers pouch sizes between 40×50 mm and 100×100 mm, which allow a minimum filling volume of 0.2 ml and up to 40 ml depending on the product category.
