SOMIC Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG from Amerang will once again be presenting a new product at FachPack 2019 alongside a customised packaging machine from the tried-and-tested SOMIC 424 series. The SOMIC ReadyPack carton packaging machine is an extremely compact model for standard tasks. It is preconfigured either as a tray or wrap-around packer for one-piece carton packaging and can be delivered in the shortest possible time.
With the ReadyPack the family-run company is heralding a new era to mark its 45th anniversary. Until now, the name SOMIC has been associated with customised machines and lines with maximum performance.
High quality with low investment
The ReadyPack now offers the optimum solution for an additional market segment. As Entry-level model It is primarily intended for companies that want to switch from manual to Automated carton packaging want to switch.

Assembly also takes place at the main German plant in Bavaria.
Compact and functional
With amazing compact machine dimensions of approximately three by three metres, the ReadyPack has the Full functionality and the tried-and-tested control unit of all the company's machines. The format range is from 150 to 450 millimetres in length and 100 to 300 millimetres in width, and up to 160 one-piece carton packs can be processed per minute.
If the customer initially decides in favour of a tray packer, they can later upgrade it to the Converting wrap-around packers.
