Delivering a product as good as its task is not enough: one must also bring value at the document level. Andrea Tanzini explains the holistic approach that led to the creation of a new version of Stericlean robots with high added value for OEMs, system integrators, and end users, both from the robot's point of view and the supporting doucmentation.
Andrea is Deputy Head of Pharma and Medical Devices - Robotics - in Staubli Italy, where he is dedicated to the Italian pharmaceutical market, working with System Integrators, OEMs, engineering companies and End Users to minimise the risk of contamination by exploiting high value-added robotic solutions. Particular attention is given to the use of robotics in contamination-controlled environments (RABS, Isolators and Clean Rooms...) for pharmaceutical product handling during all the most delicate phases: from bulk API to secondary packaging, through filling and dosing.
