From 2 to 5 February 2025, the halls of Koelnmesse will once again be dedicated entirely to confectionery and snacks. ISM will also take place at the same time as ProSweets Cologne and the trade fairs want to expand their synergies in 2025. To this end, Lab5 by ISM will take place centrally in an area of ProSweets.
With the spatial and thematic proximity of Lab5 by ISM to the Raw Materials & Ingredients and Packaging areas, this co-location means that Sweet Week offers ideal conditions for effective networking between manufacturers of confectionery and snacks as well as suppliers of raw materials and ingredients, packaging and machinery and equipment. In addition, innovations in these segments are centralised for producers and suppliers and new business opportunities are created. Particular attention is paid to the Sustainability of packaging and ingredients in the global confectionery and snack industry.

As in previous years, the two events differ in that at the ProSweets Cologne the supplier industry will present its products and innovations and the ready-to-sell products for the trade will take centre stage at ISM. Thanks to the Proximity of the Raw Materials and Ingredients and Packaging segments The direct contact between suppliers and manufacturers is thus made possible and business contacts between them are facilitated many times over with the Lab5 by ISM portfolio in Hall 10.1.
In 2025, ProSweets Cologne will once again present itself as the Business platform for the global confectionery and snacks supply industry and offers participants a practice- and innovation-oriented specialist programme, interactive event formats, organised matchmaking and much more.
