Biofach 2025 attracted over 35,000 visitors from 140 countries and impressed with an expanded supporting programme.
From 11 to 14 February 2025, the international organic sector met in Nuremberg for the Biofach 2025. With over 35,000 visitors from 140 countries the trade fair was once again a complete success, according to reports. Around 2,300 exhibitors from 94 countries presented their latest organic products, with every second visitor travelling from abroad.

Focus topic „Yes, we do!“ and innovative supporting programme
The central theme of Biofach 2025 was: „Yes, we do! - How change succeeds in the food industry“. In 171 individual sessions forward-looking solutions for the ecological transformation were discussed. The panel was particularly popular „The German organic market - facts, figures, analysis 2025“, which attracted over 200 participants.
The next Biofach takes place from 10 to 13 February 2026 in Nuremberg.
