Despite the coronavirus pandemic, Faller Packaging can look back on a successful 2020 financial year. The specialist for pharmaceutical secondary packaging was able to increase its turnover by around 2.2 per cent to 143 million euros.
In the recently published sustainability report, the company sheds light on the current economic, ecological and social aspects of the specialist for secondary pharmaceutical packaging. Despite the crisis, the manufacturer was able to increase its turnover by around 2.2 per cent to 143 million euros - not least due to the continued good order situation from the pharmaceutical industry.
In 2020, however, investments were lower than in previous years due to coronavirus - but the company has big plans for 2021: in addition to expanding the capacity of the plant in Łódź, Poland, the largest investment in the company's history is planned with the construction of the new headquarters in Waldkirch, Baden-Württemberg. A modern production hall with automated logistics and a high-bay warehouse as well as a new administration building are being built for around 50 million euros.
