Efficient pallet handling
Coesia presents the RC12 Repalletising line from FlexLink, a System for optimised palletising processes in warehousing and co-packing. By integrating two collaborative RC12 robots that transfer products to another pallet, the system enables seamless, automated pallet size and pattern changes. This is particularly beneficial in e-commerce and distribution centres where orders need to be repacked or adapted to different pallet configurations.
The RC12 depalletiser has the following features RobotConfig, an intuitive interface that simplifies palletising programming. It enables users to configure pallet patterns quickly and without specialised robotics knowledge. In addition, the mobile design without fixed floor mounts offers great flexibility in dynamic warehouse environments. The solution improves operational flexibility by supporting free-flow palletising and optimising workflows without the need for major infrastructure changes.

AI-controlled mixed palletising
In response to the evolving requirements of e-commerce, the Mixed Palletiser is available as an additional option. It offers AI-controlled algorithms for the efficient arrangement of different carton sizes on a single pallet. In contrast to conventional palletisers, which process uniform carton sizes, the Mixed Palletiser ensures stability by Independent stacking patterns for heterogeneous consignments optimised. The Mixed Palletiser will not be physically on display at LogiMAT 2025. However, the experts from FlexLink will be available to discuss the specific functions for improved logistics processes with interested parties.

Automated, customised packaging
Coesia is also focussing on the fully automated packaging solution E-BF from Emmeci, which adapts carton sizes as required. It was developed to pack both orders with different items and shipments with just one item, and seamlessly integrates the „Box First“ and „Box Last“ concepts to ensure precise, size-appropriate packaging. The system sealed, banded and labelled automatically each package, optimising material consumption by up to 40 percent. By improving efficiency and sustainability, the E-BF increases productivity while ensuring high-quality packaging and an optimised customer experience.
