Labelling solutions relating to topics such as sustainability, operating concepts and Industry 4.0 will take centre stage at Leibinger's Fachpack presentation. In addition to providing live advice on site, the coding and marking specialist will also be providing digital information about its new CIJ printers.
In view of the still tense coronavirus situation, the family-owned company is on two pillarsLive customer consultations on site, as well as the new website, are designed to inform interested parties about the latest labelling solutions.
„We are taking the step towards normality and support the organisers“ decision to hold Fachpack as a live event. Nothing can replace a face-to-face customer meeting and a trade fair is ideal for initial customer contact." Christina Leibinger, Managing Director
All those who are unable to come to the trade fair due to increased caution, entry restrictions or other reasons will benefit from the new Internet presence of the company.
Why clean something that doesn't get dirty?
If packaging is to be labelled, e.g. with a best-before date or a batch number, the Leibinger Sealtronic nozzle closure is an important factor for the efficiency of the labelling system. The technology Prevents production downtime due to clogged printer nozzlesWhen production is stopped, the nozzle closes, closing the ink circuit and preventing it from drying out. When restarting, the nozzle opens again and continues printing - without the need for cleaning or flushing cycles.
For Leibinger For customers this means Shorter start-up times for CIJ printers, higher productivity, lower costs and consistently good print quality. A new video introduces Sealtronic to trade fair and web visitors.
Sustainability in inkjet printing
Leibinger's technologies, which reduce ink and power consumption, have positive effects on productivity and the environment. One Thermal barrier between ink circuit and electronics ensures cooler ink and therefore less evaporation and lower consumption. Completely emptyable ink and solvent bottles further reduce consumption and costs per coding print and enable easy recycling without hazardous residues. In addition, each Leibinger inkjet printer operates with just 20 watts of electrical power consumption, so that requires only little energy to achieve good printing results.
