Thanks to this packaging solution, Taartenwinkel.nl has been able to save a lot of space and can respond better to seasonal fluctuations in orders. In addition, the packaging solutions no longer need to be cleaned, as was the case with the previous refrigerated transport solution.

According to both companies, there have been fewer customer complaints since the introduction of Ranpak packaging - compared to the previous refrigerated transport solution.
The products remain cooled during transport and are protected from damage. This solution also offers Ranpak customers a festive unpacking experience. Furthermore, the boxes and the Ranpak paper used are 100 % sustainable and can be disposed of and recycled with normal paper waste.
Customers could also reuse the Recycold cool packs. In addition to the lower water consumption, space was saved in the bakery's warehouse for the cold chain packaging. The previous return of packaging for refrigerated transport was eliminated without replacement, further reducing the ecological footprint of cake deliveries.
