With a holistic approach along the entire machine life cycle, Syntegon is presenting itself as a partner to the food industry at Fachpack 2025. The Waiblingen-based company will be showcasing high-performance technologies and intelligent services in Nuremberg that help manufacturers to respond quickly, flexibly and sustainably to market requirements.
The centrepiece is the new SVX Agile vertical packaging machine, which is equipped with its patented cross-seam sealing drive an output of up to 300 bags per minute with a compact design and high flexibility. The SVX Agile processes all common bag types as well as paper-based and mono-material-based films, is particularly suitable for frozen food thanks to its hygienic design and can be modularly adapted to new requirements.
Syntegon's second trade fair première will be the Kliklok ACC, a Carton sealer for secondary packaging. It enables tool-free format changeovers and is ideal for automated line solutions thanks to its precise control and energy-efficient drive technology - also in combination with the ACE carton erector.
In addition to the technology, Syntegon is also comprehensive range of services from preventive maintenance kits and original moulded parts to digital solutions such as Synexio. Service agreements at various levels offer security, predictability and maximum machine availability.
