The sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes simplify packaging and enable cost-effective processes for every export requirement.
Both pallet containers enable a safe and fast packaging process. Another advantage of the sustainable solution made from corrugated and honeycomb board is that the individual components do not have to be stored or picked. While the „Air-Cont“ pallet container with modular dimensions for air freight impresses with its low tare weight thanks to the honeycomb pallet, the „Sea-Cont“ pallet container guarantees optimum space utilisation in 40-foot open-top containers thanks to its external dimensions of 1,140 x 980 x 940 millimetres.
Easy handling of pallet containers
The containers are used as Pre-assembled set delivered flat on a stack. The complete set consists of an export pallet as well as a ring and lid made of reinforced corrugated or honeycomb cardboard. As the containers are already fixed to the pallet on delivery, they can be erected by one person in a few simple steps and can also be filled ergonomically thanks to the practical reclosable loading flap.
Each container is already attached to the pallet on one side. On the opposite side, it is fixed to the two upper cover boards of the pallet with corrugated cardboard flaps. This also prevents it from slipping during open or internal transport. secured. The full-surface angled locking base, which is fitted parallel to the top boards of the pallet, makes it impossible to reach into the container from the base.
The lid is sealed with a 4-fold circumferential adhesive strip. This makes the product Packaged tamper-proof without additional safety tapes and therefore complies with air freight safety regulations. Once at its destination, the container can be easily reopened and reused or recycled thanks to easy-to-use tear-off perforations.
