Thimm develops sustainable display concept for Vileda

Thimm produces modular displays made from recyclable corrugated cardboard for the cleaning products brand Vileda. They consist of a few standardised basic modules, are durable and can be flexibly combined.

Vileda produces floor wipers, dishwashing sponges, microfibre cloths, sweeping sets and many other cleaning appliances and has established itself as the world's leading brand for mechanical cleaning. Thimm has now been launched for the Freudenberg Group brand a sustainable, efficient display concept developed.

The modular design of the displays is based on standard trays made from sustainable corrugated cardboard. These trays can be flexibly combined with a few standard parts to accommodate all the different Vileda products in the displays. The one-piece display sleeve is attached to the trays and the back wall using a simple plug-in system. The top sign is an integral part of the casing and therefore does not need to be attached manually. Connectors and bar sets ensure for a high load-bearing capacity of up to 20 kilograms per layer. Using modular inserts and brackets, the displays can be modified and equipped according to retail requirements.

Flexible display concept

The corrugated board was with digitally printed paper in E and BE quality produced. The display cover shows a standardised print image, which is used for all assembly variants. The digitally printed cover can be customised and quickly replaced during promotions.

Thanks to the efficient design, the displays can be easily refilled at the POS and the arrangement always looks tidy. As all the components of the display concept are made of corrugated cardboard, they can be simply fed into the waste paper cycle become.
