The corrugated cardboard security seal guarantees that the packaging is sealed during transport and protects against unauthorised opening. Additional adhesive tape is not required for sealing. In contrast to brand placement in stationary retail, the first customer contact in the e-commerce sector takes place when the order is unpacked. Thimm has therefore developed the Outer cover digitally printed with a full-surface, eye-catching image. The targeted customer address, which was applied to the inside cover of the shipping packaging via direct printing, ensures an unpacking experience.

Against the backdrop of the global pandemic, the Popai D-A-CH Award this year completely digital was organised. This year's winners were announced at a virtual gala, which could be followed live on the award's YouTube channel.
