Rila Feinkost-Importe GmbH & Co. KG, also known as „Rila. Die Genussentdecker®“, produces and distributes country delicatessen ranges. With over 1300 items, Rila brings typical local food and cookery to Germany's food markets. From Stemwede, the delicatessen brands such as „Menzi“ and „Jürgen Langbein“ and many others are dispatched directly to the food markets and central warehouses.

With the AutoLoadBaler, Rila has absolutely fulfilled its goal of streamlining waste disposal processes. The AutoLoadBaler is equipped with a Footprint of less than 5m² positioned directly at the material collection point. Employees from the display and order picking areas throw their cardboard packaging directly into the collection trolley.

When the collection trolley is full, it is pushed into the side of the machine in a matter of seconds. A Press a button and the collection trolley empties itself. No waiting, no tearing and above all No bending more. The employee takes an empty collection trolley back to the workplace and continues with his work.

Function of the AutoLoadBaler

The movable base of the collection trolley is conveyed upwards via a scissor lift table. The cardboard thus reaches the feed rollers, which distribute the material slowly and evenly in the bale chamber. The material is then with 53t pressing force into a 450kg directly marketable bales pressed.
