With a new service centre in Salzkotten and an extensive expansion at the site in Frechen, Tosca aims to strengthen its capacities in Germany and support customer growth throughout the region.

The provider of reusable packaging and pooling solutions has launched a Expansion of its activities in Germany in order to better meet the growing requirements of its retail partners in Central Europe. The opening of a new service centre in Salzkotten as well as the expansion of the existing facility in Frechen represent a major step forward. a strategic investment in infrastructure to serve key retail supply chains and meet rising demand and customer growth across the region.

New service centre in Salzkotten

In order to serve customers even better in the future, Tosca opened a new service centre in Salzkotten on 1 February - in response to the increased demand for its half-range of plastics. Covering an area of 3,300 square metres, the facility offers a Annual capacity of 3.1 million rotations for half pallets, significantly expanding Tosca's operational presence in the region. The site plays a central role in supporting activities in the area of reusable plastic half-pallets and opens up new potential, particularly in the FMCG sector.

Strategic expansion of the Frechen service centre 

In addition to the new opening, Tosca has also completed an extensive expansion of its existing service centre in Frechen. The The area of the facility has been doubled and now enables around two million additional pallet cycles per year. This expansion supports the company's expected growth of over 30 per cent in 2025 and ensures that Tosca can continue to offer its customers throughout Germany a consistently high-quality service.
