At BrauBeviale, BBull Technology will be showcasing a Track & Trace solution that aggregates individual product data down to pack and pallet level, thus ensuring transparency and traceability.
The trade fair highlight at BBull Technology is the Track & Trace station with measuring bridge, six cameras and control unit. Each product receives a scannable code with all important production information that informs end customers and employees about the origin of materials, CO2-balance sheet and quality controls. This also improves complaint management and prevents counterfeit products.
The exact bottle orientation is new CAS with the Alpha control unit for embossed bottles: The label is always in the right place. The Image EM camera measuring bridge checks label fit, imprints and codes, while the MAS system inspects the crown cap for leaks. A rejection conveyor shows rejection systems, and a display case also demonstrates the pulse leakage inspection principle.
