"When career changers meet teachers with 30 years of experience in packaging production, there is a lot of knowledge to transfer. We always enjoy accompanying the participants on their journey. This year, we also used our modern video analysis system from the Performance Package at the FFI training courses: Each participant was filmed setting up the machine according to the Marbach script and took this video home with them as a little memento and also as inspiration for their own work. The feedback from the participants was positive all round. Many ideas were taken away to make daily work on the punching machine easier. Every production assistant with 6 to 12 months“ experience in the company should do a course like this to make them fit for the job of machine operator."
