Under the motto "Dancing with Robots", Trapo will be demonstrating live at Fachpack the handling of recyclable crates and cartons weighing up to 35 kilograms with various types of robots.
At the trade fair, Trapo the synchronised interaction of two articulated robots - a cobot (TCP series) and a high-performance model, connected to conveyor technology and an autonomous robot (AMR) from Omron and an AMR top module from Moveli for pallet handling.
The Cobot is equipped with an easy-to-maintain suction gripper, while the HRS series (High-Speed Robot System) is fitted with a fork gripper. The task: Alternately palletising and depalletising crates and cartons. A task that requires maximum precision when stacking the crates precisely one inside the other. Full and empty pallets are changed by a flexible robot that operates autonomously in the smallest of spaces.
In addition to stationary conveyor technology, the sales team also presents mobile alternatives so that, in particular space remains for flexible use with limited space. For example, with the Trapo Cobot Palletiser (TCP series). It is compact, quickly ready for use and can be moved flexibly without a safety fence. Supplied on just two pallets, the mobile TCP series robot, which can act as a „colleague“ without a fence, is used wherever its palletising performance is required.
Gripper technology for gentle handling
Thanks to its own multifunctional gripper technology, Trapo increases performance in the palletising process and at the same time ensures gentle product handling. This means that even sensitive or fragile packaging can be moved safely.
Experience in the Experience Hub
In addition to the live demonstrations, the company offers interactive insights in the Experience Hubs. Here, experts answer questions about automation, show practical examples and discuss Trends in production and intralogistics.
