At Labelexpo Europe 2019, the TRESU Group, a leader in flexographic printing machines and systems, will be presenting an extended range of chamber doctor blade and ink feed systems for automating the ink flow in label and packaging printing.
Higher print speed with better print quality
The chambered doctor blade systems, available in widths from 185 to 6000 millimetres, are equipped with patented rubber seals which control the pressure and at the same time prevent colour leaks and air pockets. The result is a clean, Bubble-free print image with fast drying and a higher gloss level at higher printing speeds.
chambers - with a low weight and optimum corrosion resistance - are available in carbon fibre version. For different applications, but alternatively also as Ceramic and aluminium version.
The FlexiPrint Reservoir SAVEink chamber doctor blade system is designed for printing widths of up to 800 millimetres and is equipped with an optimised tank so that No pump connected must be added. Colour can also be added without any problems while the press is running.
Also on show will be the new D3P carbon fibre chambered doctor blade for flexographic printing applications for Processing of cardboard and flexible packaging. The doctor blade chamber ensures clean and continuous quality when using the anilox roller diameters commonly used in this sector.
The inside of the chamber is smooth, Colour-repellent surface on. Thanks to the controlled colour flow ensures consistently high print quality at speeds of up to 800 metres per minute.

Optimised handling and material savings
Consisting of a single component and equipped with a pneumatic quick-release system for fast squeegee changes, the D3P offers outstanding Robustness for high printing speeds. In addition, this doctor blade chamber weighs significantly less than aluminium alternatives - making the Easier handling, which contributes to shorter set-up times.
TRESU ink supply systems automatically control the ink flow, ink pressure and ink density to ensure a constant ink supply. High quality without air pollution is achieved. The chamber is cleaned quickly and thoroughly at the same time. As part of the automatic cleaning process, a large proportion of the unused ink is returned to its container, resulting in a significant reduction in waste in the long term. Savings on printing ink leads.
The chambers can be retrofitted into existing systems. The F10 iCon ink supply system regulates the flow, pressure and viscosity of the printing inks so that the Colour density remains constant. Ink changes, including chamber cleaning and ink recirculation, are thus carried out automatically within a few minutes, combined with a considerable time and material savings.

Introduction of new customer service programmes
In addition, optimised Customer service programmes presented. The services include Round-the-clock support, Upgrades for machines and components, Life cycle management, proactive Diagnoses for better performance and a Fast provision of consumables and spare parts (optionally via an extended online shop).
„Shorter delivery times, customisation and strict quality specifications are now the norm for supply chains in label and packaging printing. The TRESU range of flexographic printing auxiliary systems - also for retrofitting - and comprehensive global customer service offers flexographic printers a solid basis for automating processes, shortening set-up times, avoiding waste and ensuring predictable, reproducible results.“
Henrik Kristensen, Vice President for TRESU Ancillary and Customer Care
At the trade fair, the company will also be providing information about the offered high-performance printing machines and Retrofit solutions for practically every application in printing, varnishing and gluing, as well as hot air dryers for existing machines.
