The Swedish Trioworld Group, a producer of plastic films, has acquired the British company Eurofilms. The Swedes are thus expanding their capacities in the stretch film sector.
The Trioworld Group has signed an agreement to acquire the British company Eurofilms Extrusion LTD (Eurofilms), a provider of stretch film solutions for load securing. Eurofilms supports customers in the distribution, beverage, food and other industrial packaging sectors. The seller is a group of private owners consisting of Will Humphreys, Gillian Humphreys, David Thomas and Martin Palmer.
