TSC has optimised the PEX-2000 series of thermal transfer and direct thermal print modules for long-term operation in demanding working environments. Users in industries such as e-commerce, industrial production and warehouse logistics benefit from their simple system integration, can save costs and are supported in their sustainability goals.
The 4-inch models offer a maximum print resolution of 600 dpi at speeds of up to 457 millimetres per second (18 ips). The 6-inch models are designed for a maximum of 300 dpi at print speeds of up to 356 millimetres per second (14 ips). The new high-performance desktop printers in the TH DH series have been specially developed by TSC Printronix Auto ID for the Printing of sophisticated label motifs such as licence plates and patient data.
The MB240 4-inch thermal transfer printer is another highlight in Stuttgart: the latest addition to TSC's extensive linerless portfolio achieves a Throughput of up to 10,000 labels per day at a maximum of 300 dpi. The printer was developed for use in demanding working environments in areas such as e-commerce, warehouse and transport logistics as well as food and beverage packaging. The absence of carrier materials reduces raw material consumption and environmental impact.
The T800 and T4000 thermal enterprise printers with RFID technology ensure reliable coding and printing of RFID labels. This allows products to be tracked in real time. In addition to standard RFID labels, the T4000 industrial printer also prints metal labels. The powerful T8000 thermal printer with optional ODV-2D inline barcode verification technology enables users to print, verify and validate 1-D and 2-D barcodes with a single device. Rejected barcodes are overprinted with a correct label.
