The packaging for the new Twilly fragrance for women from Hermès was designed to be light and airy, capturing the playful lightness of the Twilly fragrance on the packaging itself. The packaging specialists at Model have created fresh, colourful packaging that signals carefree joie de vivre.
The well-known Twilly band has been skilfully integrated into the packaging design in its variety of colours and runs in many colourful stripes around the entire box. However, the variety of colours and the sharp edges place high demands on the printing and production process.
Precision in detail
In order for the appearance to be so carefree and stylish, a high level of Colour accuracy and large Sharpness of detail as early as the pre-press stage. And the realisation on the printing press also requires great precision. Only the unique machine configuration in combination with a special varnish development allows the printed image to shine as fresh and colourful as the flowery, spicy fragrance demands. The centrally positioned, circular embossing on the front directs the viewer's gaze unerringly to the product and brand name.

In this way, the key attributes of the imaginative world of Hermès were skilfully transferred to the packaging design in close cooperation with the customer. The material used for the packaging is Delos cardboard with a grammage of 350 g/m2. The pack is printed in one colour on the inside and in seven colours on the outside.
