The BEC 200 blister line is the fifth variant in the BEC family and packs solids in up to 200 blisters and 150 cartons per minute. Its high quality at an attractive entry-level price and its flexibility make it interesting for contract packers, manufacturers of generics or food supplements.
According to the manufacturer, its simple set-up processes and fast format changeovers make it particularly strong for small quantities, in which, for example, medicines for rare diseases, so-called orphan drugs, are packaged.
Flexible packaging with the option of more
The BEC 200 grows with your requirements. With the right feeder, it can be Configure individually. If demand increases, the output can be increased to up to 300 blisters per minute with an upgrade. Manufacturers of special blister formats in particular benefit from the BEC 200. Special formats such as calendar packs or child-resistant aluminium/aluminium blister packs can be processed efficiently. The line is also particularly efficient in combination with integrated lidding film printing systems: cleaning intervals can be reduced to a minimum thanks to the easily removable sealing tools.
