In order to be well equipped for the future, the the Uhlmann Group decided to comprehensively reorganise its Group structure. To this end, a joint holding company was created, which will take on its own legal form as a GmbH & Co. KG with effect from 1 October. In addition to the strategic management of the group of companies, this holding company will also bundle important central functions of the Uhlmann Group.

The Uhlmann Group Holding GmbH & Co. KG is located at the company headquarters in Laupheim. The General conditions for Uhlmann employees will not change as a result of the new structure. The previous Company agreements also apply to the holding company; existing social facilities are available to all Uhlmann employees. The Works Council at the site is a major challenge for the employees of Uhlmann Pac-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG and the employees of Uhlmann Group Holding GmbH & Co. KG.
Uhlmann is in very dynamic markets and has grown strongly in recent years.
