The new paper cushioning system from Storopack is extremely fast: it processes up to 160 metres of recycled paper per minute into paper cushions, which can be used to fill cavities in the carton and perfectly protect the shipping goods. Storopack was able to increase the production speed of the PAPERplus Shooter3 by 20 metres per minute compared to the previous generation. The machine is particularly user-friendly. The compact and lightweight device is available as Stand-alone version or as a table model - and can therefore be flexibly integrated into any production process.
Paper pads can be conveniently produced directly at the packing station with the PAPERplus Shooter3. The paper pads are produced in the desired length. They create a volume in the carton and are therefore ideal for Padding and filling. The device is easy to operate: Three operating modes (automatic, manual or on-demand) allow users to easily adapt the paper pad production to their individual packaging process. The floor-standing version can be flexibly adjusted in height and the head can be swivelled at an angle of up to 40 degrees - the Enables ergonomic working. The integrated cutting device, which automatically cuts the paper pad to the desired length, also contributes to this.
