Packaging manufacturer Van Genechten Packaging has acquired 70 per cent of Schoepe Display, a German company in the display and promotional packaging sector.
In addition to bundling sales and design capacities in order to offer an expanded product and service portfolio - including co-packing and fulfilment - the establishment of a VGP Design & Innovation Centre at the Berlin site is planned for 2025. This initiative represents a further step forward for Van Genechten Packaging to further expand its Presence in the premium and promotional packaging sector and at the same time offer new co-packing options and fulfilment services for brand owners throughout Europe.

This partnership will serve as a „one face to the customer“ approach as a dedicated organisation for promotional packaging and display solutions by Van Genechten Packaging's expertise in folding carton packaging combined with Schoepe Display's expertise in the production of POS displays.
