ViscoTec GmbH is presenting its dispenser series for particularly precise dosing and small filling quantities (up to 0.2 ml) at this year's interpack. The fillers for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food applications are perfect for the production and handling of sensitive products and impress with their cleaning properties.
In order to meet the high hygiene requirements in production, the dispensers are Can be dismantled without tools. All components in contact with the product can be cleaned manually or in cleaning systems and ultrasonic baths. Steam sterilisation up to 134 °C is possible in autoclaves. ViscoTec dispensers from the VHD series have even been specially optimised for automated cleaning without disassembly and are therefore fully CIP and SIP-capable. The exact combination of the influencing factors of chemistry, temperature, mechanics and time makes cleaning a reproducible process.

The VPHD and VHD series also impress when handling highly viscous products. Products up to 7,000,000 mPas can be processed, dosed and filled. The ViscoTec systems can also be retrofitted to existing systems to ensure greater process quality.
All systems from the dosing technology manufacturer are based on the Eccentric pump technology. A precise and pulsation-free product flow is guaranteed thanks to this pump technology. The product is guided extremely gently through the special rotor-stator geometry. Even shear-sensitive, filled and abrasive media pose no problem. The entire dosing and filling process benefits from these properties. During dosing, a programmable retraction prevents dripping and stringing, thus ensuring clean filling and application.
