Aurélien Pizani took over the position of CEO (Managing Director) of Weber France on 1 August 2023. He succeeds Fabrice Legon, who retired in July after 30 years at the helm of the company.
Aurélien Pizani, an experienced mechanical engineering specialist, is taking over the company's fortunes, which is one of the market leaders in France. Pizani can already look back on six years at Weber - two of them in technical sales, four more years as assembly manager.
The mechanical engineer initially started his professional career at national and international SMEs in the industry and was thus able to gain comprehensive expertise and process knowledge in the field of automation technology. The reliable optimisation of assembly processes has always been a priority for Pizani: „Efficiency and cost reduction remain the challenges for our customers. Our clients increasingly want to simplify and speed up their processes - at the same time, the quality demands on our products and solutions are growing.“
The Weber headquarters in Wolfratshausen is delighted to have a new appointment for this important position in a core European market. Karl Bujnowski, CEO of the Weber Group: „Aurélien Pizani is a Guarantee for the further growth of our subsidiary in France. In addition to management skills, this position will require extensive expertise in the field of automation. Aurélien Pizani has the best references for this.“
