Better support for customers worldwide
CEO Tobias Weber, CFO Hartmut Blöcher and Jörg Schmeiser will be supported by four managers, who will broaden the top management and take on important key positions. As Chief Operation Officer, Dr Michael Hausicke will be responsible for the company's production processes and requirements. Michael Brandt will take on the role of Chief Technical Officer to drive forward the strategic development of technology.
As Chief Sales Officer, Daniel Frank will focus on the operational and strategic management of the Sales, After Sales and Skinner divisions as well as the Weber subsidiaries and partners. As Chief Procurement Officer, Robert Schwabe will be responsible for purchasing. Jörg Schmeiser, who previously held the role of CSO, will take over as Chief Sales Officer. newly created position as Chief Business Development & Innovation Officer (CBDO). In this role, he will be responsible for portfolio strategy, strategic partnerships and distribution products as well as product management, business development and marketing.
