With the WM-T weigh module box, Bizerba is launching a new weighing solution for use in demanding industrial environments. In combination with the iS65 Pro and iS75 industrial PCs and the calibratable Bizerba ScaleView software, the WM-T enables various weighing applications to be carried out reliably even under harsh industrial conditions.
The robust WM-T can be used in many different production areas such as incoming and outgoing goods, for counting and picking, in production, in the warehouse or in dispatch. The Weighing and Counting of different products is carried out by an analogue load receptor.
In order to Use in various production areas the housing of the WM-T is made of a special durable stainless steel and is certified to protection classes IP65 and IP69.
The weighing module box is protected against Dust and water protected, can be easily cleaned using a high-pressure or steam jet and always retains its full functionality.
A possible operating temperature of between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius extends the range of applications of the WM-T even further and ensures that the device can be used in almost any industrial environment.
Assembly made easy
The installation of the WM-T is as simple as the possible areas of application are varied. The WM-T allows Installation by the customer and can be freely positioned depending on the individual requirements profile.

For example, the weighing module box can be easily connected to the Stand of the iS65 Pro or iS75 and mounting as a separate box is also no problem. Via the installed Configuration Tool user-specific configurations can also be made quickly and easily.
Strong together
Connected with the WM-T, makes the calibratable Bizerba ScaleView software the iS65 Pro and iS75 industrial PCs into fully-fledged Weighing terminals. ScaleView offers a calibratable display and function keys such as tare, clear tare, manual tare and zero setting.

In the case of the iS65 Pro, the input is made via a 15.4 inch display with Resistive touch technology, The display is equipped with a touchscreen, in which two electrically conductive layers are connected by pressure and thus process the commands. Direct skin contact with the display is not necessary.
With the iS75, on the other hand, input is via a 21.5 inch Full HD TFT display with Projective Capacitive Touch, in which the position of the touch - as with current smartphones - is determined by changing an electric field.
Power can be supplied directly via the industrial PCs or via an external 24 V plug-in power supply unit. The weighing module box can also be connected to the Communication Tool _connect.BRAIN which integrates Bizerba industrial scales into the existing process and software environment.
