At K 2025, Wittmann Battenfeld will present itself as a holistic solution provider in the field of injection moulding technology and will showcase machines and technologies that combine efficiency, sustainability and intelligent automation.

The highlight of the trade fair is the new MacroPower 500/3400, which is equipped with a one-piece machine body that simplifies both commissioning and maintenance work. Another highlight: the swivelling injection unit for quick screw changes. The machine is controlled by the new Unilog B8X, which guarantees maximum reproducibility thanks to shorter reaction times. The new MacroPower 500/3400 is used to produce the so-called „Haibox“ with a single-cavity mould from the Austrian company Haidlmair using PP from Borealis.

Multi-component processes and energy-efficient standards

The MacroPower 650 Combimould shows the Efficient work in the multi-component process, complemented by a compact design. With the new EcoPrimus 100, Wittmann is launching an all-electric standard machine - ideal for simple applications with high energy-saving potential.

Sustainable materials and micro injection moulding

An EcoPower 110 LSR produces pump housings made from liquid silicone, while a SmartPower 160 Insider Aerosol caps with integrated peripherals is produced. In the field of micro injection moulding, the MicroPower 15/10 impresses with minimal material usage and high precision.

Sustainable packaging and autonomous production

In the VDMA special area „The Power of Plastics“, Wittmann will be showing, among other things. Injection-moulded ice cream cones made from edible organic material as well as energy self-sufficient production with an EcoPower DC Insider. The machine on show, an EcoPower 180/750+ DC Insider, will be operated autonomously from the trade fair power grid during the fair via a solar power storage system consisting of state-of-the-art ecological salt battery technology from Inesco. With the Wild Pot made of 100 per cent PCR material from Wildplastic, Wittmann will also be presenting a nach sustainable solution with traceability via TagTec technology.

AI support and digitalisation

The use of artificial intelligence for technical support via AIM4Help, the energy management tool iMAGOxt and the MES system TEMI+ show how digitalisation creates real added value at Wittmann. Also at the partner stand of Momentive (Hall 6, Stand B15) and the Power of Plastics Forum.
