At Anuga FoodTec, Craemer is presenting an innovation for pharmaceutical and chemical products, food and cosmetics. The first closed pallet box is hygienic and robust.
With this development, the plastics specialist is offering a world first: the HB3 is the first and only Completely closed pallet box on the market with welded runners. Available in industrial dimensions with a tare weight of around 44 kg (without stiffening profiles), the box is 790 mm high, has a volume of 620 litres, a stacking capacity of 5000 kg and a payload of 900 kg. The welded upper and lower sections (contour-milled) give it a high degree of rigidity. The bending stiffness can be optionally increased with three metal profiles.
The smooth interior walls allow for Easy emptying, simple cleaning and drying. The almost invisible, contour-milled weld seam, the clean and clear lines, the minimal ribbing and the rounded shape also contribute to this. The double-walled design of the side walls provides increased impact protection against forklift tines, while the reduced drive-in height ensures smooth processes in automated high-bay warehouses. Thanks to the Robust, welded runners with high dimensional stability the hygiene box runs maintenance-free and trouble-free on all commercially available conveyor technology elements, chain conveyors and roller conveyors.
The new HB3 is optionally available with two closed or open bung holes. The all-round stacking step makes it compatible with a wide range of other containers. As A custom-fit lid and RFID transponder equipment are available as optional extras possible. Other quality features of the new hygiene box: it can withstand temperatures from -30 to +40 degrees Celsius, briefly up to +90 degrees, and remains dimensionally stable even with intensive use; in addition, printing fields offer space for customised logo embossing, labelling or numbering, and dimple fields are used for temporary stickers.
