Zahoransky is presenting two new production systems for the primary pharmaceutical packaging of liquid medicines at Pharmapack in Paris.
Two new production systems for pharmaceutical primary packaging of liquid medicines (so-called parenteral) will take centre stage at the Pharmapack trade fair: The Prima Z Syringe is the first production line with a 16-cavity mould on the market for the manufacture of syringes with overmoulded needles using the modern injection moulding process.
With the Prima Z Vial containers of different types and sizes can be manufactured from COP using the injection stretch blow moulding process. The advantage compared to vials, containers and syringes made of glass is, that plastic items do not need to be washed and dried before filling. This eliminates the need for expensive washing systems in the production line and significantly streamlines production processes.
In the area of pharmaceutical secondary packaging Zahoransky with the Z.Pack model range covers all requirements, starting with Standard full blisters, stand-up and dental blisters and outer packaging made of cardboard or film.
From a single source
All production systems and packaging machines are integrated into Zahoransky's "One Stop Shopping" concept: The customer receives a turnkey, fully automated production line from a single source.
