Feldmuehle GmbH, a leading manufacturer of label and flexible packaging papers, launched a newly developed label paper with 40 per cent recycled paper content (LabelSet PCW) back in 2009.

As part of the realignment of Feldmuehle and the discussion about sustainability, work is underway to develop new recycled-based papers. This means that from the 2nd quarter of 2020, the portfolio will include a Wet-strength label paper and are available to the market.

The high-quality label paper with recycled fibres will be equivalent to cellulose products in terms of whiteness, opacity and appearance and also offers good runnability and print quality.

In this way, Feldmuehle is also responding to increased market requirements and offering customers Pulp and recycling-based products from a single source.
