The international trade fair InterSupply for the production of tobacco products will take place for the third time from 22 to 24 September 2017 at Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund. Once again this year, the range of exhibits extends from paper and machinery to packaging and flavourings. The exhibitor registration phase is underway.
The trade fair is aimed at a specialist audience that is familiar with the entire Tobacco production belongs to.
Different companies from abroad ensure great diversity among the exhibitors. With U.S. Tobacco Cooperative and Universal Leaf, two of the world's largest tobacco suppliers are already taking part. Camtek Tobacco International from Singapore, Flue Cured Verona from Italy and Pasinfo-Grup from Moldova will also be presenting raw tobacco.
But packaging is also a central theme of the trade fair. Schur Star Systems for example, part of the Danish Schur Group, produces prefabricated chain bags for the patented Schur Star packaging machine concept. Schur Star chain bags can be made from polyethylene, polypropylene and as laminates. BMJ from Indonesia, on the other hand, is a well-known supplier of cigarette paper that will be exhibiting at InterSupply for the first time. Also specialising in paper is Tierenberg Holding GmbH from Austria. The company has been family-owned and internationally represented for over 100 years.
ADT Machinery is internationally recognised for the production of banding machines, wrapping machines for tobacco bundles, packaging machines for cigars and cigarettes and cutting machines. The Dutch company develops machines for the entire tobacco manufacturing process. Hertz Flavours has also made a name for itself, and not just in Germany. The company specialises in the production of flavourings. This means that important topics at InterSupply are once again covered by well-known exhibitors, which also emphasises the international nature of the trade fair.
