Palletising systems for production under cleanroom conditions will be exhibited by IEF-Werner GmbH at Automatica 2018.
The varioSTACK CF„ palletising system“ from IEF-Werner from Furtwangen has been specially designed to meet the requirements of the „Clean Factory“. Increasingly, traditional mechanical engineering suppliers are also facing the requirements of a clean production exposed. This requires high-precision processes on largely automated systems.
The „varioSTACK CF“ system builds on the proven basis of the „varioSTACK“ product range. It was designed as an extremely compact palletising concept. The design guarantees that only very little space is required during operation. Low particle quantities are released. According to IEF-Werner, the system is also easy to clean and offers short cycle times and a high level of reliability.
Presses for manual and automatic operation
At the trade fair in Munich, the automation company from the Black Forest will also be showcasing the aiPRESS„ servo press series“. The presses are suitable for manual and automatic operation. The kinematics are built on a solid „C-frame“ and ensure micrometre-precise positioning of the press quill with simultaneous force monitoring.

Dynamic linear drives and high-precision adjustment units
IEF-Werner offers various drive systems for pick-and-place tasks. Toothed belt axes from the 160/15 G series with two independently travelling carriages and ready-to-install systems will be on display at Automatica, Dynamic direct drives of the „euroLINE“ series.
For the positioning of measuring systems, the modular domiLINE„ adjustment unit“. An MD rotary adjuster will be presented as an accessory, which enables the setting slide to be adjusted with absolute precision in manual mode.
