Autajon Group strengthens presence in the Netherlands

Autajon integrates the Dutch company Quality Label B.V. into the Group.

The Autajon Group is further expanding its activities in the Netherlands and integrating the Dutch company Quality Label B.V. into the Group. The company, founded in 1997 and based in Terschuur, will operate under the name Autajon Quality Label in the future and expands the existing network of Autajon Labels Nederland. With this integration, the Autajon Group is strengthening its production and service capacities in the area of labelling solutions for the food industry.

Quality Label specialises in labels for everyday use, particularly for applications in the food sector, and has BRC certification. The location in Terschuur will remain a local production site and complements the existing activities of the Autajon Group in the Netherlands.

According to the company, the integration will help to further expand proximity to customers in the Dutch market and increase security of supply in the area of food labelling. At the same time, the combined expertise of both companies will be used to further develop technical know-how and production standards within the group.

Shared capacities and closer cooperation

Peter R. de Vries, Managing Director of Autajon Labels Nederland, explains: „This transaction brings significant additional production capacity and allows us to further strengthen our flexibility for the customers of Autajon Labels Quality Label and Autajon Labels Nederland. Our companies can now support each other, ensuring greater reliability for all customers.“

According to the company, the Autajon Group employs more than 4,000 people in Europe, the USA and Asia and has an annual turnover of over 600 million euros. The company was founded in 1964 in Montélimar in the French department of Drôme. The Autajon Group produces folding cartons, labels, high-quality set-up boxes and POS solutions for numerous industries, including perfume and cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, wine and spirits and confectionery.
