Rationator is celebrating the premiere of its latest machine development at interpack 2017: the Bottlemat robot will be presented to interested trade visitors for the first time.
The flexible bottle handling machine is designed for automatically erecting, orientating and inserting plastic bottles into Ratilight pucks designed. The first models have already successfully passed their endurance test in production. The machine with three integrated robots guarantees a high level of process reliability. The additional use of format parts is not necessary.
With the new system, the company once again emphasises flexibility. A wide range of formats from around 50 to 1,000 ml can be safely processed on the machine. The gentle bottle processing is even suitable for PET bottles. The Bottlemat-Robot can be easily integrated into the machine manufacturer's existing filling and capping lines.
