Schmersal strengthens sales strategy with new CSO

Jens Delliehausen takes on the role of Chief Sales Officer at Schmersal and brings a breath of fresh air to the global sales strategy. The aim is to open up new markets and optimise existing structures.

Jens Delliehausen has been the new Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Schmersal since 1 March and will assume global responsibility for the company's sales. With his extensive experience in the area of sales organisations, he will provide new impetus for the growth of the Schmersal Group.

Delliehausen joins the Schmersal Group from Lenze, an automation specialist. He brings with him extensive knowledge in the transformation and further development of sales organisations. This expertise is particularly valuable as Schmersal is active in over 60 countries and operates with a broad product portfolio in the field of machine safety. His task will be to manage and continuously optimise all global sales activities.

Focus on strategic development

A central aspect of Delliehausen's new role will be the identification of new markets and growth potential. According to the company, he will be active both strategically and operationally in order to sustainably strengthen Schmersal's market position and sales success. The management sees him as a leader who can provide targeted new impetus for sustainable growth.
