Kaiserkraft has appointed Helmar Hipp as Division President of the Industrial & Packaging (I&P) Division. The manager had already been heading the division on an interim basis since the beginning of 2026 and was also appointed to the Management Board of Takkt AG on 15 May 2026. In the future, he will further drive the growth and digitalisation strategy of the company's largest division.
Hipp has been operationally responsible for the I&P division since February 2026. According to the company, he has worked in particular on sales initiatives to return to a profitable growth course during this period. As part of the corporate strategy „Takkt Forward“, the potential of the core brand Kaiserkraft is to be exploited more strongly in the future through a customer-oriented go-to-market strategy and the expansion of the product range.
„Kaiserkraft stands for a broad customer base and a product range that offers genuine added value to companies in their daily work. I want to use this foundation to specifically realise growth potential and take customer service to the next level. My goal is to further strengthen Kaiserkraft as one of the leading omnichannel retailers in Europe.“
