At Interpack 2026, Valco Melton will be presenting a range of new products and systems designed to optimise adhesive application in packaging production. These systems are designed to reduce material consumption while increasing the precision and reliability of adhesive application.
The trade fair exhibits include the Kube Zero melt-on-demand system, which, according to the company, can be customised to meet many melting performance requirements in end-of-line packaging. „We have achieved exceptionally fast melting rates and reduced the heating time by up to 65 per cent,“ says Markus Bohnenkamp, Sales Manager for Northern Europe. „This feature increases productivity by reducing downtime and maximising production time.“
Visitors to Interpack will also be able to see the all-electric EcoStitch MXM applicator in action, which is renowned in the packaging industry for its durability and efficiency. The EcoStitch technology, which is already considered the industry standard in the field of electric bonding, enables adhesive dots to be applied even at high speeds and reduces adhesive consumption by up to 70 per cent - with corresponding cost savings.
Valco Melton will also provide a first look at the newest member of the EcoStitch product family: EcoStitch Lite brings the benefits of all-electric adhesive dispensing to medium and low-speed applications thanks to its cost-effective design. Direct 24 VDC integration eliminates the need for voltage boosting devices, providing a simpler and more accessible path to air-free operation for less demanding packaging applications. EcoStitch Lite is compatible with existing melting systems and industry-standard fixtures and is designed for easy retrofit into existing production lines.
During the show, interested visitors will also have the opportunity to visit Valco Melton's demo room, located just a few kilometres from the exhibition centre. Equipped with a complete folder gluer and a plotter table with Valco Melton adhesive technology and quality assurance systems, the facility allows customers to experience the performance of the equipment first-hand.
