Robatech's new Alpha series offers a basic model for applications with low adhesive requirements, such as those found in wrap-around packaging or trays. These systems impress with an attractive price-performance ratio and are equipped with the proven Enduro heated hose and the robust SX and AX application heads.
For more demanding packaging processes, the company is introducing the Alpha M Pro melter. This system combines the Performa fully insulated heated hose with the Volta electric dispensing head. A special feature is Volta's integrated Stitching function, which operates without an additional control unit and enables adhesive savings of up to 60 percent.
High-performance for the most demanding requirements
For applications requiring maximum performance, Robatech offers the Vision melter. Together with the Performa heated hose and the SpeedStar electric application head, this system meets high demands for reliability and precision, especially with primary packaging.
Live demonstrations and service
A highlight at interpack is the Glue Experience Line, a demonstration track where visitors can experience various application technologies live. This interactive presentation allows visitors to experience the innovative gluing technology firsthand. At the same time, small giveaways are produced on the line, making the technology tangible.
