HepcoMotion will be showcasing the latest developments in „1-Trak“ precision ring and arc guides at Motek in Stuttgart from 8 to 11 October 2018. According to the company, the Hepco GFX linear guide system will also attract particular interest. It has been specially adapted for the „Extended Transport System“ (XTS) from Beckhoff. HepcoMotion can be found at Motek in Hall 3, Stand 3100.

The 1-Trak system can be built in almost any two-dimensional shape. Carrier plates travelling on them, the so-called „Mover“, can be moved independently of each other on the guide rails. For machine manufacturers, this offers HepcoMotion The advantage of this is that processes can be optimised, for example by duplicating time-consuming processes in a production cell and running them in parallel. This significantly reduces throughput times.

Another focal point at the Motek stand will be the GV3 linear guide systems form. The global company recently highlighted the advantages these offer users on its website. Six animations highlight various aspects of the GV3 system.
