An alliance for digital solutions

Uhlmann Pac-Systeme acquires the technology-orientated software company SensoLogic in order to achieve digital solutions in pharmaceutical packaging.

Digital solutions are becoming increasingly important in pharmaceutical packaging. This is why Uhlmann Pac-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG signed a purchase agreement for SensoLogic GmbH, a technology-orientated software company based in Norderstedt near Hamburg.

The team of specialists at SensoLogic develops, among other things Customised software solutions for analysers and for laboratory and process automation.

As part of the takeover, all positions at the companies will be retained. Dr Heinrich Prüfer, former owner and Managing Director of SensoLogic, sees good opportunities for his company in the merger with Uhlmann:

In addition to the collaboration with Uhlmann, SensoLogic will continue to SL software for chemometric spectroscopy and continue to support its customers independently. In recent years, SensoLogic GmbH has achieved an average turnover of around EUR 510,000 per year.

Founded in 1998, the company develops and distributes software solutions for the Quantitative and qualitative analysis in the context of chemometric spectroscopy. SensoLogic also offers a Calibration service and training to.
