On 1 January 2022, the management of Evers GmbH grew by another member. From now on, the medium-sized company will be managed by Julia Steiner alongside Christoph Bergforth and Angelika Steiner.
After completing her studies in international business administration at the International School of Management in 2006, business graduate Julia Steiner started a Classic sales career in field sales, Key Account Management and Trade Marketing at Red Bull GmbH and Danone GmbH. At the same time, Julia Steiner initiated lecture series for sales management at various universities.
Open exchange about preferences, skills and needs
In other management positions, the qualified business trainer was responsible for setting up sales academies and implementing change management projects in major global corporations. Julia Steiner has been Head of Strategy and Innovation Management at Evers GmbH since April 2017 and has been an authorised signatory since July 2018. She is a trained systemic coach and has been an honorary judge at Oberhausen Labour Court since the end of 2021.
With over 15 years of professional experience in a wide range of positions and extensive expertise in personnel and strategy development, Julia Steiner is looking forward to her management role as Managing Director of Evers GmbH: „For me, a modern management culture means promoting an open exchange about one's own preferences, skills and needs within the team. The basis for this is treating each other with respect and appreciation.
