Labelling in intralogistics

REA will be presenting its systems and product innovations for individual labelling in intralogistics and manufacturing at LogiMat.

In intralogistics and production, labelling must meet special requirements. Customised, reliable and secure solutions enable seamless traceability and support the material flow. REA will be presenting its systems and product innovations for individual labelling at LogiMat.

Direct printing and labelling systems fulfil a wide range of tasks in modern production. The labelling solutions from REA Electronics fit in with their Interfaces and modular design into any infrastructure and production environment. Systems from the REA Verifier product line are used to check and verify the quality of printed codes live at the trade fair stand.

Direct printing can replace labels in many cases. This is sustainable and cost-effective, as it requires no consumables other than the printing ink. Expensive downtimes for product, roll, label or carton changes are also eliminated - especially when labelling secondary packaging. The high-resolution REA Jet GK 2.0 labelling systems with their solvent-free inks are suitable for porous and absorbent surfaces such as cardboard, paper or wood. The systems are Industry 4.0-capable and can be easily integrated into production.

The REA Label pallet labelling system enables a flexible response to market requirements. It places the labels on one, two or three sides of the pallet - as required in throughput or at a standstill. It is operated via a 7-inch touch panel. Due to its design, this can also be Integrated into the existing or emerging logistics or production environment become.
